MEMBERSHIP: Must be current members of the USATT or affiliated ITTF members. USATT memberships can be purchased through the tournament (see entry form)
ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be postmarked by 06/23/09; late entries, phone entries and walk-ins will be subjected to a $10 fee and will only be accepted if there are spaces available.
REGULATIONS: All USATT regulations and USATT approved equipment are to be used.
VENUE: Hardwood floor, 15ß Stiga Expert Roller Tables, Stiga nets, Nittaku yellow, 3-star 40 mm ball
EVENTS: All matches will be 3 out of 5 games to 11 points except for the Open Finals and Semi Finals which will be 4 out of 7 games.
SATURDAY---All events are Round Robin (RR), except doubles which are single elimination. Round robin format usually consists of a group of 4 people unless there are odd number of players which may result in a group of three or five. Door Opens on Saturday at 8:30AM. Player must check in at least 20 minutes before their first event.
SUNDAY--- This is a Giant Double RR event : preliminary RR group of 5-6 players followed by a 2^nd RR of 5-6 players. Player in this event will play 8-10 matches. This event is limited to the first 36 players who signed up. Door Opens on Sunday at 9:30AM.
NOTES: Rating will be based on the June 11th USATT magazine. The tournament director may be able to place some unrated players into the appropriate rated events on Saturday. Any person can play in the Sunday RR regardless of rating.We may elect to cancel events with less than 4 entries.The tournament committee’s decision is final.
DIRECTIONS: From the North--take Freeway I-5 S, then I-405 S toward Beaverton, then I-26 W (Sunset Highway)
From the South, take I-5 N, take 217 exit, then I-26W toward Beaches.
From I-26 W, take Cornell exit, turn left over the freeway, and next light turn left on 158th , turn left after two stop lights on Schendel and proceed to the rear building (Athletic Center).

FOOD/ACCOMMODATIONS: food vendors within walking distance of the site.

Homestead Inn (503)690-3600 is within walking distance and is a reasonably priced hotel.
